    • fabricated remote reservoir bracket for iBooster master cylinder

    • installed new reservoir hose to master cylinder

    • bled brake system with pressure bleeder

    • mounted wheels and tires onto car

    • adjusted ride height

    • adjusted toe alignment

    • removed upper and lower control arms, spindles, front brake calipers, sway bar, and rotor/hubs

    • installed new upper control arms

    • passenger upper control arm required torching and denting the headers for the new tubular control arms to fit

    • installed sway bar

    • installed lower control arms and hardware

    • installed new spindles and coilovers

    • installed old hubs/rotors to mount front wheels to to set ride height

    • removed old rear brake setup

    • pulled axle shafts out

    • Due to the design of the axle shaft, disassembly of the parking brake setup for the willwoods needed to be disassembled to be installed

    • bolted axle shafts back in place

    • reassembled e-brake setups on axle housing

    • installed rotors and shimmed calipers

    • installed e-brake cables, routed, cut to fit and modified where required

    • tensioned e-brake cables

    • opened up holes in door panels to be more round and less egg shaped

    • made window crank grommets

    • installed window cranks

    • found that glass was aligned but the sound deadener that was installed inside the door wasn't prepped and fell off inside

    • removed bad sound deadener from doors

    • routed wires and made a plug for the reverse lockout solenoid in the transmission

    • hooked up to brake pedal to reverse lockout solenoid and tested

    • removed old master cylinder and booster

    • installed adapter to iBooster setup

    • fabricated an adapter to attach old brake pedal rod to new booster and master cylinder setup

    • adjusted length of brake pedal rod and installed booster to car

    • made adapted metric to standard brake lines from master cylinder to proportioning block

    • wired iBooster

    • R&R Driver Window Regulator

  • Objective: Remove Existing Fuel Pump Wiring, Re-make Fuel Circuit and Route Safely

    • stripped car of all nitrous system hardware including aux tank, bottle, lines, solenoids, and wiring

    • removed fuel pump wiring and rerouted fuel lines more securely

    • replaced main battery ground and power line

    • header wrapped starter while it was out to keep the starter from getting over temp from headers being so close

    • removed old cracked spark plug wires and re routed new ones away from contacting headers

    • reloomed ignition box wires to be safer and look better under the hood

    • started routing new fuel pump wiring utilizing current fuel pump relay

    • removed steering wheel and blinker switch in column

    • some modification was required inside the steering column for the factory style switch to fit

    • got the steering wheel hardware to fit on column as good as possible in regards to making sure the horn button works

    • found that exhaust was held up through center seat belt bolt holes

    • had to change bolts to fit the seatbelts AND exhaust hangars

    • installed rest of seatbelts and reinstalled rear seat

  • Objective: Install Rear Seat Belts
